11 Holley Street LEESTON, Selwyn District

In a magical garden setting stood a beautiful lady as a 'jewel in the crown'. The years haven't been kind & now this grand old lady stands tired, but still shows the appeal of what used to be. Within the home you will discover an array of rooms across the 2 levels of this character home. Downstairs has 2 living areas, both with fireplaces, as well as a master bedroom & attached second bedroom/study, whilst you will find a single bedroom & large rumpus room/double bedroom upstairs. We have all seen 'The Block' and what a star this lady could be if given the same opportunity, so come & roll up your sleeves & make this lady your happily ever after'.
