11 Rossington Drive WEST MELTON, Selwyn District

329m2 approx of pure luxury. This home is a cut above the rest. Architecturally designed by John Curtin, top quality appliances throughout, bathroom-ware by Villory and Boch and tapware by Grohe - by this description alone you can tell this is a high quality built home. 2000m2 landscaped section, 3 car garaging plus attic space. Formal entrance following through to a picture window overlooking an avenue of trees. What I love about this home is the mixture of wallpaper and paint and the luxurious draping throughout. Spacious living with fabulous features such as a study nook and built in furniture is what gives this home a unique feeling. 2.7 stud throughout, designer kitchen with butlers pantry and heaps of storage. This home is set up with entertaining in mind. The formal lounge has a feature wall with built in furniture and a gas fire. All rooms have great views of this lovely section. 5 bedrooms, master with designer ensuite, both bathrooms having underfloor heating and two heatpumps warm the home.
Sadly it is time for my vendors to move on, so why bother building when you can move straight into your dream home.
