If you hold a SuperGold card and are planning to sell, ask about Ray White’s national commission offer before signing an agency agreement. The timing and written terms matter as much as the headline discount.

Ray White New Zealand’s SuperGold page, checked on 23 October 2026, offers a 10% discount on commission to SuperGold cardholders who list and sell their residential property through Ray White, subject to its terms.
The cardholder must be one of the property owners. The discount is applied at the time of sale as 10% of the individual agency’s gross normal standard commission. The offer cannot be combined with another offer or promotion.
The property owner must request the discount before signing the agency agreement, and the offer must be noted on the signed agreement. Raise the question when arranging your appraisal, then check the proposed documents before you sign.
Ask the Town & Lifestyle team to confirm eligibility and the applicable terms for your proposed sale, explain the normal commission and show the discount calculation. Clarify marketing and other sale costs separately. A commission discount does not establish a reduction in every expense associated with selling or moving.
Read the current national terms and use the official SuperGold website for information about the card programme. If another promotion or fee arrangement has been proposed, ask how it affects eligibility rather than assuming both offers apply.
If you are downsizing, moving closer to family or coordinating a sale with a purchase, explain your timing and practical needs. Our selling guide covers preparation, campaign costs and offer decisions. The Selwyn locality guide helps you compare the everyday requirements of a move within Rolleston, Lincoln, Prebbleton and West Melton.
